NICOLE COUSTIER

Startup Advisor, Executive Coach

As a startup advisor, I help founders validate assumptions about the U.S. healthcare ecosystem, determine how to close gaps that could stunt product uptake or hitting milestones, and design programs to successfully commercialize products. As an executive coach, I teach professionals working under very demanding circumstances how to lean into their leadership skills and improve decision-making in high-stakes, high-consequence situations.

I've spent 20+ years consulting for the life sciences industry to launch scores of innovative and often disruptive medical technologies successfully in the US. My work focused on evidence development, health policy and payer reimbursement.

I've enjoyed working with hospitals and physicians, specialty societies and government agencies, public and private insurance health plans, sales & marketing teams and legal compliance experts, to align incentives to embrace, leverage, and scale new technology.
